All personnel seeking access to an Inland site will first need approval in accordance with the Inland’s “Property Access Requirements” Schedule “C” to the Co-Location Agreement.
All personnel: employees, contractors and visitors must call into Keltech (780-542-5707) to login and logout of all Inland sites. This includes the names of all individuals seeking entry, as well as identifying the companies that these individuals represent on site.
Inland or Keltech (on Inland’s Behalf) reserves the right to deny access or expel all personnel from the site at any time and for any reason, not limited to misconduct. Refusal to leave the site upon the request of Inland or Keltech may result in local law enforcement being contacted to remove the personnel from the site.
Any person without valid justification and/or authorization and failing to provide proper identification will have to leave the Inland premise immediately. If the party refuses to leave, local law enforcement will be brought in to remove the person from the site.
Individuals who have undergone security approval may be granted permission to escort individuals who do not yet have access authorization. The authorized escort may not leave the site without the escorted individual, and the authorized individual agrees to take full responsibility for the actions of the individuals they are escorting.
Tampering with any electronics, locks, security measures, safety measures, engineering measures or equipment not owned by Licensee is strictly forbidden.
All parties must be familiar with posted procedures including emergency, fire evacuation and other safety instructions.
Inland or Keltech reserves the right to be present onsite during any onsite activity.
Inland or Keltech retains the right to deny any activities taking place at an Inland site.
Personnel shall be responsible to notify Keltech of any audible or visual alarms on site.
No unsecured equipment, documentation, or other materials are to be stored within Inland locations.
Personnel and their employers will be held responsible for damages to any area of the site and/or the building caused by their actions or inaction.
No Food, beverages or smoking are allowed on Inland sites.
Personnel will leave each site clean, tidy, and free of debris.
No welding, soldering, heat shrinking or equipment upgrades shall be performed without prior authorization from Inland (must be requested and approval provided in writing).
Inland or Keltech reserves the right to limit the number of persons granted access onsite at any one time.
No pictures shall be taken inside or outside of Inland facilities without prior written approval of Inland.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in an individual’s and/or the company’s security access being suspended or terminated.
